In the event of an acute injury, prolonged overuse, chronic wear and tear or after an operation, the wrist needs rest and reliable external stabilization. It is just as important to restore the joint's mobility as quickly as possible. The two-part strap system allows stabilization to be individually adapted to the condition without restricting your gripping movements. To do this, the strap system is wrapped around the palm and wrist from the forearm and fastened to provide immediate relief in the event of severe discomfort. The degree of stabilization can then be reduced in line with the therapy and depending on how much pain you feel by first dispensing with the stabilization strap when wearing the support and then, in a second step, dispensing with the elastic fascia band, which is tightened circularly around the wrist
During movement, the support has a pain-relieving effect due to the medical compression of the tissue and offers a massage effect that promotes circulation and regeneration. The elastic train knit additionally stimulates your joint-stabilizing muscles in conjunction with the pad positioned on the ulna. The functional pad has a recess for the bony prominence - this protects against pressure peaks and also serves as a positioning aid for the wrist support. The skin-friendly materials, compression-reduced edges and anatomically shaped thumb opening of the ManuTrain make it more comfortable to wear during everyday activities or therapeutic exercises

Indications:
- Chronic post-traumatic or post-operative irritation
- Distortions (wrist injuries, e.g. sprains)
- Osteoarthritis (joint wear and tear)
- Instability, e.g. with springy ulna
- Tendovaginitis (inflammation of the tendon sheath)
- Prevention/recurrence prophylaxis
Care instructions:
Please use mild detergent and a laundry net. Never expose your product to direct heat/cold. Please also follow the instructions on the sewing-in label at the top of your product. Regular care ensures optimum effectiveness. In the case of products with Velcro strips, these should be removed if possible or firmly attached to the designated area.
