Acute and chronic pain in the lumbar spine is ubiquitous in society. No wonder that the affected "back" is often used as a synonym for the complaints. The actual diagnoses are varied. They range from muscular imbalances to degenerative changes in the lumbar spine. In many cases, conservative therapy can help. If your doctor recommends exercise to strengthen the trunk muscles, a lumbar support such as LumboTrain can help. The effective Train knitted fabric (in conjunction with the pad) activates the muscles and reduces pain. LumboTrain helps to improve movement sequences. With its circular force transmission, LumboTrain promotes stabilization of the lumbar spine and an upright posture.
With its 26 nubs, the anatomically shaped lumbar pad provides a pleasant alternating pressure massage in the lower back area. It therefore specifically counteracts pain and tension in the lower back. The elastic, anatomically shaped and breathable knitted fabric prevents slipping, cutting and a sweaty feel. Thanks to precisely tailored cuts for different body proportions, LumboTrain and LumboTrain Lady are not bulky under clothing. Thanks to the back support with pad, you will soon be able to move better in everyday life again.

Indications:
- General pain conditions in the lumbar spine (acute and chronic)
- Degenerative disease of the lumbar spine, e.g. osteochondrosis, spondylarthrosis, lumbar deformities, spondylolysis without spondylolisthesis
- Post-prolapse (conservative / postoperative)
Care instructions:
The LumboTrain/ LumboTrain Lady is machine washable at 30° C. Please use mild detergent and a laundry net. Remove the pad and clean it by hand. Close all Velcro fasteners. Never expose the product to direct heat / cold. Also follow the instructions on the sewing-in label at the top of your product. Regular care ensures optimum effectiveness.
