Even if the ankle joint is injured, has recently been operated on or is generally weakened: nobody likes to go without their usual footwear.
MalleoLoc L is a flat orthosis for external stabilization of the ankle joint in shoes. The anatomically shaped, softly padded L-shaped shell provides reliable external support. It is securely fastened to the foot and lower leg using Velcro straps in a figure-of-eight sling. The orthosis keeps your foot in a neutral position and protects the ankle joint from twisting outwards.
MalleoLoc L offers light stabilization without restricting your everyday movements too much. To increase the effect of your ankle orthosis, you can attach a small pad to the sole. This has a positive effect on body awareness and stimulates the foot lifting muscles when walking. Both contribute to additional active stabilization of the ankle joint and a secure gait. The strap system allows MalleoLoc L to be adjusted as tightly as is comfortable for you. You should always wear the orthosis in your shoe, which is no problem thanks to its narrow fit. This allows you to move correctly and without fear in everyday life and thus positively influence your healing process.

Care instructions:
Open the Velcro fasteners to clean MalleoLoc L. To avoid damage, clip the ends onto the strap. To clean the padding of the MalleoLoc L, unclip it from the shell. You can wash it separately by hand using a mild detergent.
