After an ankle sprain or with permanently weakened ligaments, your muscles must learn as quickly as possible to avoid incorrect movements. Walking barefoot - if prescribed by your doctor - is a good therapy for ankle problems. This is because it allows you to train your feel for the ground. MalleoTrain S can help you with this. Thanks to the open heel, contact with the ground is improved. The elastic but tight-fitting Train knitted fabric of the ankle support exerts a gentle alternating pressure massage during movement. This stimulation helps to improve joint awareness and thus increase joint stability. At the same time, the massage effect counteracts tension and stimulates blood circulation. The light pressure on the painful tissue alleviates discomfort.
Additional stability is provided by a strap system with two elasticity levels, which is placed around the ankle in the shape of a figure of eight and thus acts like a tape bandage. MalleoTrain S open heel has no pads so that it can also be worn in narrow shoes. Above all, however, the support gives your ankle the security it needs. This means you can start training or physiotherapy early again.

Care instructions:
The MalleoTrain open heel is machine washable at 30°C. Close all Velcro fasteners. Please use mild detergent and a laundry net. Never expose your product to direct heat or cold. Please also follow the instructions on the sew-in label at the top of your product. Regular care ensures optimum effectiveness.
